  • Blended Learning: a combination of online & face-to-face training

    Participants will complete Design, TAELLN411 & Assessment online and Delivery face-to-face over 4 days (please refer to timetable for dates). This affords participants the opportunity to complete the TAE40110 in their own time, at a pace that suits them.  

    To sign up:

    1. Purchase Design, TAELLN411 & Assessment online $600 and Delivery face-to-face $900 (total $1500)

    OR

    2. Purchase clusters individually: Design online $200, TAELLN411 online $150, Delivery face-to-face $900 and Assessment online $250.

    Please note: when purchasing the Blended Learning clusters, you are not required to purchase all at one time. Clusters can be purchased individually as a gradual process.

  • How is the TAE40110 Blended Learning program structured?

    The Certificate IV TAE40110 Blended Learning program is divided into four sections: Design (Online), TAELLN411 (Online), Delivery (Face-to-face) and Assessment (Online). This program is a combination of online and face-to-face training. The online training is self-paced and can be completed in the participant’s own time. The face-to-face training is scheduled over 4 days and customised for your group's training requirements in your choice of venue.

    Who are the ideal participants for the TAE40110 Blended Learning program?

    The ideal participants for the Certificate IV TAE40110 Blended Learning program is a group who has existing skills and knowledge in some aspects of the Certificate IV TAE40110 qualification but limited skills and knowledge in other aspects, such as delivery. The participants would not have access to a workplace to complete the Delivery cluster, hence, face-to-face session is essential.

    What are my options for booking?

    The TAE40110 Certificate IV Blended Learning program can be purchased in full or in individual clusters as you go. This is appealing to those who would prefer to pay in instalments. Contact our office for a quote on any of the clusters you would like delivered in-house.

    How do I submit my assessment work?

    The assessment work can be submitted to York College in person or via post. The address is: 602/143 York Street, Sydney NSW 2000.

    What is the deadline to complete the program?

    Whether you’ve purchased the full program or in individual clusters, you have 12 months to complete the cluster(s) you have purchased.

    Is there assistance available when completing the online training?

    Yes! All Online/Distance Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110) participants are allocated a trainer/assessor to mentor you through the program. This mentoring is inclusive in the program fee. If, at any time, you require assistance when completing the TAE40110 Blended Learning program, you can contact York College via:

    Will I receive the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110) testamur and transcript at the end of the program?

    Yes! Once all assessment work has been marked and deemed competent, York College will issue you with your testamur and transcript for the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110).
